Damage & Liability Policy

We treat all properties with care and professionalism. While accidents are extremely rare, we want to be transparent about our approach if something does happen.

Our Policy:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

  • If accidental damage occurs during a cleaning visit, we will:

    • Notify the landlord or property manager immediately

    • Provide a clear, honest explanation of what happened

    • Work with you to resolve the issue fairly and quickly

We take preventive steps to minimize risk:

  • We use only non-toxic, non-abrasive cleaning products

  • All tools and equipment are handled carefully to avoid scratching floors, damaging walls, or harming fixtures

Note to Property Owners:

To help avoid accidental damage, we recommend removing or securing fragile or valuable items in common areas before scheduled cleanings.

Products & Tools We Use

We use trusted, low-impact cleaning products that are safe for common hallway surfaces like tile, laminate, and painted walls. Our goal is to leave your space clean, shiny, and fresh — without harsh chemicals.

Our Go-To Products:

  • Pinol + a light mix of bleach:
This combo is highly effective for sanitizing floors while leaving a fresh, clean scent and a noticeable shine.

  • Windex + disinfectant spray:
Used for wiping down entryways, stairwell railings, laundry machines, and high-touch surfaces.

Why We Use These:

  • Keeps floors clean and buildup-free

  • Safe for painted and finished surfaces

  • Minimal harsh odor, no lingering residue

  • Compatible with mop systems and floor-cleaning tools

 Equipment:

  • Mop + bucket system

  • Handheld scrubbers

  • Window cleaning tools (interior + accessible exterior)

  • Disinfectant sprays and microfiber cloths

If your building has specific product requirements (e.g. scent-free or eco-friendly), just let us know — we’re happy to adjust to your needs.
